Enjoy a full day rock climbing and abseiling experience in the beautiful Peak District. Throughout this course you will learn a number of fundamental climbing skills, such as safely fitting a seat harness, and how to properly ‘tie in’. You will spend half of your day scaling rock faces, pushing yourself as far as you are comfortable with and progressing to more difficult climbs if you feel ready. You will also spend time abseiling, getting over that fearful feeling learning how to lean back and sit into the the descent. With expert (and very enthusiastic) instruction on hand throughout your climbing experience, you will progress quickly and should feel really confident by the end of your day. This Peak District climbing experience is a wonderful solo experience, but also a fantastic group activity, ideal for corporate team building….
