Don’t let the wild Welsh weather prevent you from riding some waves! This surfing lesson for 2 people is held indoors, at the incredible indoor surf simulator in Swansea, Wales, allowing you to get to grips with this exciting sport in the comfort of controlled waves. This experience will get you feeling confident in your surfing skills, no matter the weather – and with a little help from a qualified Surf GSD instructor, you’ll be ready to hit the natural waves as soon as conditions are right! As you arrive at the centre you will sign in before being introduced to your instructor and getting changed into your wetsuit and gath helmet. To start off you take part in a warm up where you will be advised on good ways to fall so if you do wipeout you wipeout with style! It is then time to move onto the surf machine for a session including advice about body positioning and body posture, which will in turn build your confidence enabling you to stand up effectively. Your surfing lesson will also help you build up your core stability and leg strength as you balance on the board. After your session you are free to relax in the water park which provides slides, a wave pool or a lazy river to lie back in and take a break.
