The IM Fitness Smooth elliptical trainer features a rear 4kg flywheel with a belt driven magnetic resistance system. The magnetic system provides a more consistent resistance during your workout and is easily changed by manually adjusting the 8 level tension knob situated on the front post. _x000D_ _x000D_ Dual handlebars allow you to switch between a full body workout using both the pedals and moving outer handles or you can work just the lower body by holding the stationary centre handlebars.
