Set in an idyllic spot on the south coast of the Isle of Wight, Moonlight is the perfect place to relax and unwind. This comfortable yurt is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a stay that will revitalise and rejuvenate, while also being perfect for small families.
The light and airy interior is furnished with squashy cushions and colourful blankets and rugs and there is a wood burning stove to keep you snug. The perfect place to curl up after a day of exploration – with a double bed and two full-size single futons are perfect for children and adults alike.
Step out of your hideaway and you will be greeted by panoramic farmland views that sweep towards the coastal path while in the wooded dell, you may even spot one of the rare red squirrels that call the island their home.
Take a seat outside and listen to the birdsong or why not take a walk through the two acre paddock to the coastal path, which offers easy access to some beautiful and safe, secluded coves – perfect for a day of exploration! In the evening, you can gather round the fire to revisit the highlights of the day – or just toast marshmallows! The clear night skies, free from light pollution, offer the perfect opportunity to indulge in some star-gazing while you listen to the sound of the sea. 'The Look Out' is a seating area with beautiful views across the coast, the perfect area for a BBQ, with a pizza oven for guests to use. There is also a playing field below with football goals and a pitch ad put mini golf.
As well as a gas camping stove and charcoal barbecue, Moonlight has a kitchen cabin with the additional facilities of a fridge and microwave while in a nearby stone farm building there is a private shower room.
Please note Stardust is the other yurt on site. When booked in conjunction there is a 10% discount available during July and August.
